The ER

Day 3

  Well today was quite the day! I got a call at work from Joel's manager saying Joel was in the ER- the ambulance just took him and that he had got chlorine in his eye. I guess a pipe exploded and sprayed him in his right eye and all over him. So I rushed to the hospital extremely worried about him. When I got there they were flushing out his eye. They said he still has 20 20 vision so that is such a relief to hear. He is doing good his eye is very red and irritaded but I think he will be ok!

New job!

Day 2
Well I got a job at a place called the Bead Fairy. Its in Orem not to far from where i live and it is awesome!!! You make knecklaces, bracelets and earings and lots more!! Its a way fun place so I am very excited!! I really was just kinda getting burned out so i am excited to do something different for a while!! I will still be doing hair at Fantastic Sams on Fridays and Sats.

Day 1

so ive decided to do something fun with my blog. ive seen it a couple times so i am copying their ideas..sorry... but lets see how its goes. i want to add a new post everyday with just a little something...anything really. i already dont go anywhere without my camera but now i just gotta click away!!!  so heres for the new blog and Day 1!!!
        Monday's are our day off together so today we decided to chexk out the dollar theater since we've never been.. and we went and saw iron man 2!!! the theater is actually a lot nicer than we thought for it being a dollar theater. but we had a blast and of course had our favorite costa vista :)

4th of July

Well we had our traditional 4th of July Walter Family Reunion! This is the funnest family reunion ever. It takes place in Hatch. There are lots of good food and fun activites. There are plenty of competitions and the newest one this year was the bottle rocket contest. It was a blast. There is also the water relay, chili cook-off, and shot gun shoot. This year Joel, Jade, Jaycen, and Scott were in charge of the fireworks and it was the best show in the whole wide world!!! They set them off only a few hundred feet away so they are above you. It was like a grand finale the whole show! So cool. On sunday Brooke and her family were able to bless little jayden and we were so glad we could be there for the blessing.

Orem!

As much as we loved Hatch, we find ourselves in Orem! We moved up here in March. Joel is going to Helicopter School UHI. He wants to be a pilot so that is way exciting. He loves it and is doing awesome!!!

 He is working at seven peaks water park as a maintance guy there. I found a job doing hair at Fantastic Sams! I enjoy it there and really like all the girls I work with. I am currently looking into doing dental school though.

The beginning of a wonderful marriage

 Joel and I were married December 4th 2008 in the Salt Lake Temple. We moved from cedar to Hatch Utah where Joel's family live. We rented the beautiful apartment above the shop!! Joel continued working for Cantera Construction with his dad and two brothers and I worked at Rumours Salon! we lived there for our first year of marriage!
